The challenge: Help a 7th-generation family farm reinvent itself as an artisan salt producer.

Our strategy: We partnered with a branding company and worked with J.Q. Dickinson to optimize their concept, analyze competitors, define their brand, sales and pricing strategies, write a business plan, prepare effective sales and marketing materials and manage test marketing.

Our impact: Together, we created an award-winning brand, landed 100% of targeted accounts and managed a test market that resulted in quadrupled capacity with a 2nd greenhouse and additional farm expansion.

The challenge: A famed Harlem restaurant wanted to package their barbecue sauce.

Our impact: We successfully launched the first national line of soul food with over 30 products, including writing their business plan and product labels, finding production facilities, raising capital and landing accounts for this multi-million dollar business.
